Refunds
We offer a full refund on unopened products returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at Thehemppharmacist@hotmail.com if you need to cancel your order.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at Thehemppharmacist@hotmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
